- All cleaning and maintenance services,
- All real-state and utilities costs,
- Broadband internet access,
- Communication facilities.
Meeting Room
Rental of meeting room for up to 12 people, which includes the following services:
- Reception and administrative support,
- Self-service coffee-break,
- Computer and data-show (upon request).
Our business hours: 08:30 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday.
Please note that a 24 hours’ advance payment is required.
Virtual Office
If you are a consultant working from home or want to start-up a company, you may need a business address.
We offer you a business address where we will receive your mailing, respond to your phone-calls and forward to you any messages.
You will also have access to the coffee shop and the meeting room where you can receive your potential clients.
Our business hours: 08:30 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday.
Additional Services
- Copies and printing in color or B&W,
- Office-boy for planned deliveries in downtown Rio,
- Motoboy for urgent deliveries or outside downtown Rio,
- Regular and express mailing,
- Report binding,
- Translation.
Please note that a 20% service fee is charged over costs for above mentioned services and phone-calls. Such services are provided upon client’s request and approval.
